1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the services of D.R Nest Publishing Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

D.R Nest Publishing Inc. provides business consulting, publishing consulting, editorial, strategic advisory, and related professional services. The scope of services will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice prior to the commencement of work.

3. PRICING AND FEES

Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each project. Fees may be structured as flat-rate project fees, milestone-based payments, retainers, or hourly billing. All pricing will be clearly outlined in writing before services begin.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are specified in each client agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be required. Ongoing retainers are billed monthly in advance.

5. LATE PAYMENTS

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5 percent of the outstanding balance per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. Services may be paused or terminated if payment remains outstanding.

6. REFUND POLICY

Consulting and advisory services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Editing and proofreading services are non-refundable unless the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope. In such cases, up to two revisions may be provided at no additional charge.

Ghostwriting services are generally non-refundable due to their customized nature. Cancellations prior to project commencement may qualify for a partial refund, less any work already performed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services prior to project commencement by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, fees for work completed to date remain due and payable. Retainer agreements may be terminated in accordance with the notice provisions outlined in the specific agreement.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of final deliverables upon full payment. D.R Nest Publishing Inc. retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for portfolio or marketing purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

D.R Nest Publishing Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. NO GUARANTEES

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial, publishing, or business outcomes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
